Account set-up fees:

• Cobranded TrainerWare: $2,500. You provided web site skin designed to our specifications, with our provided logo and link showing as detailed. We approve and deploy. Purchase our standard scratch off cards required. Plus $99 annual renewal.

• Private Brandeded TrainerWare: $5,500. We create your custom skin design for you and integrate the scratch off area etc. We do NOT add our name or links. Plus $99 annual renewal.

Course creation fees:

• You create your own courses = $0 (unlimited courses).
  
• We create custom courses for you = $100 per slide (min $2,000).
  
• Includes script editing (up to 3 changes free, thereafter billed at $35 per hour), graphics included with license, certificate design, multiple test creation and final exam.
   
• Audio additional, flash provided by client only.

Monthly Course Hosting fees:

• $9.95 per course per month, per course.

Card fees (required):

• Multiples of 50 $10 each
  
• Multiples of 100 $8 each
  
• Multiples of 250 $7 each
  
• Multiples of 500 $6 each
  
• Multiples of 1,000 $4 each
  
• Or, Pre-Paid course ID numbers for self issuance (same pricing).
  
• Cards expire 1 year from activation or 2 years from issuance.

Client Income from Cards:

• Client charges whatever price they like, their markup is their 100% profit.

Source Code

• The TrainerWare source code can be licensed for use under your own name on your own servers.  If you have the hardware and technology people available, this option is available for your in-house use.  This ultimately provides you with the best solution for you to be your "own TrainerWare company" under your own name.  This will enable you to setup private label clients of your own; all references to TrainerWare will be removed and replaced with your company name.
